PeachPassion Return and Refund Policy
Return Window: You have 7 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return for a refund. Eligible items must be in new condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at Hello@PeachPassion.com to start the return process. Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs:
- Quality Issues: PeachPassion covers the return shipping cost.
- Other Reasons: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Condition for Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and, if applicable, sanitary stickers attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges: Due to hygiene standards, exchanges involve a 50% restocking fee. For a seamless exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at Hello@PeachPassion.com.
