When can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order, as we are committed to sending your order to you in a timely manner and we are unable to cancel orders outside of this time frame as it may already be on its way to you. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations after an order has been shipped.- After the order has been paid, the we needs 1-3 days to process your order, and sterilize the lingerie with UV Sanitize. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Notes:
- Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- You will get tracking status of your package once we update the tracking number, so please keep watch on tracking status until you get package, because the packages are easily lost recently.
- Please do not open the package again if you find package was broken, please contact express at your first time and send us such case, we will report this case to our local express too. If you still open the package, there is possibility that express will refuse to pay the loss.
- In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, they will assume full responsibility for all return shipping, customs charges and handling fees.

📦 LOST OR STOLEN ITEM
If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at
Hello@Peachpassion.com, and we will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping date, we will replace your order free of charge.
Your satisfaction is our commitment.
Please note that Peach Passion is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the courier.
