RETURN AND REFUNDS
Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of item receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at Hello@PeachPassion.com. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for a prompt resolution.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
To ensure that each customer receives unworn lingerie, our return standards include a 50% deduction. This is because our products cannot be reused. For a swift exchange, return the item, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
